Alphabe-Thursday-"E" as in "Earrings"

Jenny Matlock

For today's meme, Jenny Matlock's "Alphabe-Thursday" the letter is "E" as in "EARRINGS".

Here is a sampling of my own handmade earrings, most of them are not yet listed in my shops. (Double-click and get a closer view! Let me know if anything strikes your fancy!)

Happy Alphabe-Thursday!
Anna

Yes, E is for earrings and I'm surprised more people didn't use that one. Lovely earrings.

Thanks for visiting and taking my blog button. I wondered if anyone ever put it on their blog.

Beautiful earrings. My granddaughters are drooling over some "dangly" earrings but they are so young. Do you make anything suitable for an eight year old?

Thanks for participating in this MEME!

And I, too, was surprised that no-one else used the word E arring!

A+ for doing it, though!

Thank you all for your nice words. I will try to visit each of you wonderful people in turn.

To Jenny and anyone else who wonders about this:
I would just like to say that I make earrings with screw back-findings for people like myself who do not have pierced ears. I do not approve of piercing the ears of children and I don't really even like young teens having pierced ears. I make ear wires because there is a market for them, because so many woman want them. But I will convert any design to a solution that does not require having a hole in your earlobe, such as clips or screwbacks.

For an eight-year-old I can make a shorter dangle and put it on a sterling silver screwwback. I can list it as a reservation in your name on my Etsy shop. You can ask questions, tell me what colour and style they would like if you write to me on an Etsy "convo" their in-house e-mail-system.
I would love to help you.

These are lovely, you do beautiful work! I love pretty drop earrings, but can't wear them much. I work at a vet and those puppy and kitty paws tangle up in them! The greens are my favorite. Kathy

Good Morning Anna..thanks for showing us all those beautiful earrings! You do have a talent for jewelry making. I agree that a mother should not make the decision for a child to have their ears pierced. That should be done only when the individual is age appropriate to make their own decision about it.

Thank you for stopping by the farmhouse today for a visit. We love having company.

Have a great weekend!

These are pretty! I really like the crackled glass beads in some of them.
