Ruby Tuesday

This is the first time that I post something for the Ruby Tuesday-meme.

I found these over-ripe rose hips while looking for inspiration for beaded jewellery.

(The yellow leaves in the backgound make it almost qualify for "Mellow Yellow Monday",

but the red is still the most eye-catching).
Happy Ruby Tuesday!

I didn't know rose hips could get that red. They do look especially lovely against the yellow leaves. Happy Ruby Tuesday!

The rose hips look so beautiful and they are edible too, full of vitamin C.
Get rid of the seeds inside and you can make a most healthy and tasty jam or jelly.

Very nice Rose Hips ;)

The small reds seem insignificant in and of each one. Yet, the little rubies stand out so well! The color will remain until snow...a beauty now!

Lovely red contrast with the yellow leaves and the water droplets add extra icing to the image!
