Alphabe-Thursday-"D" as in "DRESS-UP"

This is the first time I am playing Jenny Matlock's "Alphabe-Thursday" and I have already missed the first three letters. I hope it's alright that I am jumping in at the letter "D".

I can think of so many dreadful "D"-words such as "death", "deadly", "drowning", "dragon"; and silly ones such as "doughy" and "dopey".
My "D"-word for this week is "dress-up"! Here to the left, is Elisabet illustrating the word "dress-up".

Best wishes,

Anna

Hi I am an Alphabe-Thursday girl and an amateur jewellery maker I used to love dressing up when I was little, can't quite get away with it now although some people think I am dressed up when I wear my old hippy clothes!

My name is Riet said...

Dressing up is wonderful for little girls. So lovely

I bet Elisabet enjoyed wearing that beautiful dress, even if it was just for dressing up.
